潮州是我爸的家鄉,我註明,係我爸,不是我,因為我對呢個地方不太熟,只是記得要搭好耐巴士先到食黎食去都係凍蟹,鵝!今晚機緣巧合路過食潮州菜的,裝修都幾新式!潮汕砂鍋粥在Menu的第一頁,應該係好野吧小的$160起計,每樣配料計錢,配料唔係好貴,一般$20至$60都有交易,我們叫了蠔仔,九肚魚,黃鱔,泥鯭。粥一黎就睇下啲料,份量都唔少,唔會得幾舊就無,粥唔稀,唔會只得米水,因為有好多海鮮,所以好甜,魚的鮮甜味,蠔仔洗得乾淨,咬落唔會成口沙,九肚魚我平日都係食椒鹽,鮮九肚魚原來好滑,魚肉都好鮮嫩,不過塊皮有啲鞋。砂鍋粥要等大耐30分鐘先黎,建議一坐低就order粥醬滷鵝滷水味同一般的唔同,一般的我覺得好咸,呢個味道偏淡,反而可以食到個味。鵝肉係鵝切成一件件,唔係鵝片咁簡單!鵝肉肉同骨既分布平均,連骨咬更加有口感,就算肉的部份肥肉不多,但係幾多油,用花生/豆腐墊底可能更好!豬油渣炒菜心聽個名以為好油,但原來唔係,食落唔覺得成口油,菜心好甜,我喜歡食莖部,有野咬下,索索聲最後唔夠飽,叫多左個菜脯煎蛋$40貴左少少,但都值得,因為煎蛋煎得好香,而且唔會燶,蛋香又滑,菜脯份量多,口口都會咬到菜脯,好

醬滷鵝

最後唔夠飽,叫多左個菜脯煎蛋
$40貴左少少,但都值得,因為煎蛋煎得好香,而且唔會燶,蛋香又滑,菜脯份量多,口口都會咬到菜脯,好爽脆
