終於到了吃正餐時間,挑了之前已來過的「張保仔館」,就在長洲碼頭對面,吃完搭快船剛剛好。它是以清朝海盜「張保仔」作主題的西餐廳,裝修環境放滿了張生的畫像及仿製海盜船,算是市區找不到的特色。「帶子配西班牙辣肉腸」$98四小件賣相精緻,帶子特別點了 medium 半熟,微焦配辣肉腸及黑陳醋,鹹香惹味,好很下酒。「雞蛋賓尼狄配菠菜及火腿」$58上次來吃,蛋的流心度不足.,這似也犯上同樣毛病,唉,有神無髓,勝在麵包香脆,配上菠菜及火腿,菠菜份量仍然相當濶綽,夠飽肚,$58 還好。吃完剛好有快船回港!燃燒我,燃燒我。。。(熱到傻咗)
