今天陪女兒去旅行社查詢一下農曆年的日本旅行團的資料,想起之前去日本的日子,非常懷念日本的美食,突然想到北海道爐端,那間位於亞士厘道的居酒屋,食物唔錯,今天就帶同女兒再次光臨,再嚐嚐美食料理喔!豬骨拉麵煮雞蛋:豬骨湯底濃郁味甜,幼滑的拉麵爽口,配料有淋甜的日式义燒、流心的温泉蛋、粟米粒和木耳絲,好味!三文魚及三文魚籽飯:材料新鮮,肥美的三文魚和三文魚籽已蓋滿整碗飯,三文魚的鮮味和三文魚籽的口感,美味得令人食不停口!丸燒大帶子:新鮮又大隻的扇貝,經過侍應精心燒製,加了牛油和蒜蓉,味香濃又鮮甜!特!神奇炒麵第二代:用燒過的鐵剷盛載上枱,好特別又夠穫氣,配料有椰菜、豬肉、冬菇、紅薑。麵質彈牙又夠惹味,不錯!炙烤三文魚押壽司:用火輕輕的燒過三文魚,令魚油香上加香,而且三文魚有厚度,還加上少許三文魚籽和炸蒜,味道又香又有口感,值得一試!
