To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已忘了第幾次來這家店吃素菜了!只記得每次都吃得飽飽之餘,還有東西吃不完可以帶走!台灣炒麵:少吃了人家兩道菜,唯有多吃碗炒麵補償肚子的不足吧!荔茸酥盒:要是可以再放多一點荔茸就好了!南瓜西米露:南瓜是我最喜歡的食材!這個造得不太甜,好吃!自備的黑森林蛋糕:吃過COVA的蛋糕之後,已經回不了頭去吃美心的蛋糕了!這天我們如常吃剩了東西!除了帶走了半個蛋糕,還有一大盒炒麵和菇菇哩!呵呵~~~雖然這天有兩道菜我不合我的口胃,但東西的味道整體依然很有水準!要是友人下次還想吃素菜的話,我也樂意再光顧的!

荔茸酥盒:要是可以再放多一點荔茸就好了!
南瓜西米露:南瓜是我最喜歡的食材!這個造得不太甜,好吃!
