B CREAM PUFF - 普通..連這個都不好食就死了....

I am writing in response to your comment to patio 88 recently. We ( directors of patio 88) are sorry for your disappointment when dining at patio 88. However , as your comment has affected the fame of patio 88, we do believe that we have to respond your comment. First of all, the title of the comment and the quality of the dishes have vast difference. You pointed out that few dishes could not live up to your expectation .On the other hand , you commend on the soups . Hence, we don't think we are really such lousy that the restaurant is going to close down. Secondly, you pointed out that the salmon salad was not served with dressings. The fact is that we provide olive oil and vinegar for every customers in dinner time which are used for serve with the salad. If customers want addition dressings , please feel free to request to our waiters for them. We know that customers have different appetite, we provide lots of choices of sause and dressings. Thirdly , you criticized on the lamb. You pointed out the mutton didn't has the strong smell. Our lamb is from New Zealand which has high quality comparing with the price. We know that the lamb from Mongolian has strong smell mutton which is usually sold in Chinese restaurant , hotpot shops and Cha Chan Teng. The price of mutton from Mongolian is about 1/3 of the one from New Zealand. In lots of western food restaurant , they don't provide mutton from Mongolian. Western Restaurants cut off the lipid on the top of the mutton in order to reduce the smell. We are sorry that we cannot fulfill your appetite. We recommend you to eat lamb somewhere can provide mutton with strong smell. Last but not least, Our Executive chef , Eric Hui has taken over kitchens for more than 20 years from Club Camargue in Central to patio 88 . He is full of passion on cooking delicacies without MSG . If customers seek for heavier flavour, peppers and salts are good enough to do that . We accept different comments from customers, and our ambition is also to fulfill as much customers as possible. Comments are the most effective motivation for us to improve.Patio 88
