幾個月前食過一次,今次經開筲箕灣又想食花膠撈面+燉湯!$148 一個花膠套餐其實好抵:杏汁豬肺花膠湯(加$10)- 杏汁應該係即磨,如果唔係做唔到咁香滑,大大件花膠,又厚又滑,又有好多件豬肺及雞腳,夠晒足料!補補補!招牌花膠撈面,手掌咁大塊花膠,好有彈性,充滿膠質,加上蝦籽撈面,不但香口又補身,仲有3-4件西蘭花!加$20將小食轉安格斯牛柳粒,外脆內嫩的牛柳粒好滑,配芥末醬係perfect match!再配生菜一碟,新鮮!比出面餐廳的少油,唔錯!
