To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身好中意個關東煮,天氣凍食夠暖身,點知今日去到,見到setting 唔同左,都覺得奇怪了,諗住自己多心啦。點知,個湯底完全唔同左,連個蘿蔔都可以冇味🫠覺得連donki 都可以好食過佢牛肉昆布湯得肥同咸兩個字牛五花over 70% 係肥,even 燒完之後,一入口,都係全口油叫埋單叫極都冇人理之前通常都係weekday 食,第一次weekend 食,希望只係因為太多客先係咁(但其實都唔係旺),唔明點解會差左咁多😮‍💨
