To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見倒好多人話好難食,其實坦白講我就唔覺嘅。啲嘢嘅質素都ok,但我想講下我嘅用餐經驗有幾唔愉快。今時今日一間叫做high-end嘅餐廳咁樣嘅服務,真係好痴線!首先我係三星期前已經訂左630pm,我地6:32到達,因為同父親大人食飯!去到話搵唔到我booking,好彩我有confirmation嘅頁面俾佢,搞左一輪6:50坐低,話限時90分鐘,要8pm還枱,大佬你自己亂哂,仲好意思要計我630入座要我準時還枱?就同佢講返個情況啦,咁佢哋就話咁8點15啦。坐低之後風口好大,怕老人家凍親,所以就問可唔可以坐過一張,因為早嘅關係,仲有好多空枱。叫左staff黎,個staff就話,一係我幫你地熄左嗰個冷氣位,調枱有啲煩。但我哋驚之後如果餐廳有其他人話熱,一開返又吹倒我哋,就決定換。staff就嫌麻煩咁話,咁你係咪真係要換丫?係我就要同前台講,咁我要去問下先囉。期間已經係不滿我地俾倒麻煩佢地嘅口面。之後換左枱,嗱嗱林落單,期間waiter係不斷多次建議我哋叫紅酒及叫父親節餐,經過一番商討,因為餐入面某啲菜式唔啱食,所以決定散叫a la carte,職員係黑面同態度非常惡劣,好似覺得我哋好cheap,

之後換左枱,嗱嗱林落單,期間waiter係不斷多次建議我哋叫紅酒及叫父親節餐,經過一番商討,因為餐入面某啲菜式唔啱食,所以決定散叫a la carte,職員係黑面同態度非常惡劣,好似覺得我哋好cheap,唔叫貴野。anyway最尾散叫左15樣野,我地叫佢先上前菜,因為我哋仲有一位要七點先到,佢哋話ok。

但之後竟然五分鐘内所有主菜黎到7788,涼菜前菜一個都未黎。咁我地就同waiter講,你頭先唔係咁講架喎,我地仲有人未到,點解啲主菜黎哂架?waiter就不停講對唔住(係機械式咁回答,無論我哋點指出問題,都係同一個回覆),我哋表明其實知道唔關佢事,明白佢都只係傳菜,但會唔會係廚房亂左,想跟進下,佢就話咁佢都唔知可以點,就走左去。其實黎左嘅都算啦,我地只係想㩒停剩低嘅菜式,唔好再係咁黎住先,點知個waiter係冇做任何野,過多五分鐘,我哋嘅主菜已經到齊,仍然一個前菜都未到。

喱個時候我家姐就搵經理,諗住同佢反映問題會好啲。點知個經理仲寸,佢話,因為你哋要8pm還枱,再唔上就食唔切,所以就上菜了。咁我地就話頭尾咁咪得70分鐘食?你staff搞到650先坐低。咁你頭先又話上前菜先冇問題?連甜品都黎但我醉雞、粉皮、肴肉、烤夫、嗰啲一個都未黎,講唔講得通先?宜家要我食甜品先?

點知個經理話,就算我宜家上俾你,你都食唔切架啦,咁係咪要我收哂你啲主菜,重新啱次序咁再上一次俾你呀?係嘅我宜家叫人收哂你啲餸囉!
喱個完全唔係我哋期望嘅答案。。。其實我哋真係無意搞大件事,但真係唔明點解佢哋可以咁寸。我地話唔使,不過其實我屋企人食得幾快,食唔食得切,食唔食得哂,都唔關佢事,佢錯就係錯,仲要覺得自己係冇問題!之後經理去同之前講對唔住嗰個waiter了解完之後,又返黎寸我哋話,喂其實我同事都講左好多次對唔住架喇喎,你仲想點?

我哋聽倒真係好無奈,唔知做左啲乜嘢要受到咁嘅對待。十分鐘及後發現原來仲有個炒飯未黎,就追下。點知個經理又過黎話,係呀我哋唔敢炒住喎,咁宜家係咪可以開始洗米喇?跟住放啲米落穫炒喇?

So crazy真係唔知咩attitude黎,所以我家姐就出聲話係呀不過你宜家先開始洗米我哋還唔切枱喇,之後經理用好晦氣及寸嘅態度咁話,咁你哋今晚唔使還枱啦得未?冇限時。我家姐亦回應一句,咁就最好啦。全晚都係嫌我哋叫得唔夠貴咁嘅樣。

Anyway我地食得好快,最尾8:20已還枱,但大家都冇心情了,冇乜點影相。我覺得啲野係好食嘅,俾返credit,但咁嘅service,真係令人卻步。我唔會介紹俾朋友。

喱一餐,我只會用真係好痴線黎形容!
