有台灣朋友訪港,攪手一星期前已向阿肥火鍋預訂私房菜,八位訂咗一湯七餸。1. 燉湯(花膠丶鮑魚丶烏雞丶雞腳丶排骨丶杞子等)2. 黃金蝦3. 避風塘炒大肉蟹(兩隻)4. 菠蘿咕嚕肉5. 蒸斑6. 炸手雞(一隻)7. 薑汁芥蘭8. 豉椒蟶子米粉底一開始飲燉湯,淨見D湯料已經令我流哂口水,飲落口嗰下真係冇得彈,清甜唔油熱騰騰,完全將胃口打開了,突然好似好肚餓好想食嘢咁黃金蝦好多羔,一咬D蝦羔同鹹蛋黃一齊咇出嚟,好正;避風塘肉蟹嘅蟹好新鮮,配料超香;菠蘿咕嚕肉係一道看似普通但難做得好味嘅餸,大廚真的做到外脆內嫩,份量好多,同個presentation一樣多到滿瀉,新鮮波蘿肉好甜;條斑蒸得剛剛好,個個食到呢個時候已經飽飽哋,但都係食唔停;炸子雞皮脆肉嫩;芥蘭嘅薑汁味就唔夠濃,但平時唔多喜歡食芥蘭的朋友就讚炒得好,冇咗芥蘭草青味;蟶子新鮮炒得剛好、煎米粉煎得兩面脆脆,按我個人口味個汁就多咗啲。飯後果西瓜都食埋,大家都話好飽。朋友們繼續一邊飲啤酒一邊傾計,老闆見大家飲咁多啤酒咁開心,介紹兩款佐酒小食:錦鹵雲吞(炸得好脆、餡料又多)及椒鹽粟米(香口丶細細條易食),這粟米不得了,最終食咗三碟其實我之前有寫

其實我之前有寫過阿肥火鍋嘅食評,佢個湯一向都係真材實料,好正。如果大家食火鍋食得多,夏天又咁熱,真係不妨嘗試私房菜食下小菜,相信唔會令你失望,不過記得要預訂啊
