今日同老公去位於銅鑼灣嘅喜來稀肉食韓燒,餐廳限時個半鐘,一坐低枱面已經有可以無限添加嘅沙律菜、泡菜同生菜,仲有兩款邊爐蛋,分別配芝士同泡菜,我自己最鍾意就係芝士邊爐蛋,食落滑溜溜仲可以做到拉絲嘅效果呢度其中一款推介菜式就係護心肉,今次試嘅係豬護心肉,一早已經醃好,唔使特別點醬汁都已經好入味,亦都唔會太油膩,想健康啲仲可以用塊生菜包住嚟食添仲有喜來烤肉,同護心肉一樣都係已經一早醃製好,薄薄地一層肉,每面燒5至10秒已經可以進食,肉味香濃,點少少韓式辣醬食更加入味最後就係雪花牛肉,厚切得黎肉質嫩滑,油脂分佈平均,同先前兩碟唔同,呢碟高質牛肉冇經過醃製,我自己就點少少鹽落去先燒黎食,唔點醬汁食,更突顯濃郁嘅牛味

呢度其中一款推介菜式就係護心肉,今次試嘅係豬護心肉,一早已經醃好,唔使特別點醬汁都已經好入味,亦都唔會太油膩,想健康啲仲可以用塊生菜包住嚟食添
