To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽生日🎂試新店！圖中呢個檸檬雞，好多年冇食，呢度整得好食👍，加左杏仁片更脆，吾會淋完汁就咩都軟晒，雞肉厚得黎仲係軟身吾柴，個汁夠多味道又剛剛好👍。其他仲有，片皮鴨正常，用小爐慶住餅皮👍。。。蜆芥鯪魚菜膽，蜆幾多，鯪魚肉冇碎骨👍大大舊有4舊，汁好味吾腥👍 。。。係個海蜇薰蹄差d，薰蹄好似解凍吾夠甘🤔，本身冇味冇道又吾加麻油，可能主要靠個辣既配汁啦，我地吾識欣賞😅。 最奇怪係個經理樣既服務人員話晚市吾賣主餐牌上面既普通叉燒🤔，只賣和牛叉燒😒。。。
