To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講返餐飯,我地等左半個鐘到就入得,由於我之前睇左好多食評同介紹,所以心裡有數食d咩,一坐低已經叫人黎落單,個店員真係會mou低寫單

而且黎既速度仲好快,我6點2落單,6點4就全部黎晒~~good,而且每次叫人黎加茶都好快有,可見店員唔係唔理人,只係晚飯時候太忙而已,去得果個鐘數食飯就預左要忍耐~~

最終叫左7碟+2個牛角飯同一個銅鑼燒
先食前菜開開胃~麻香椰菜同王樣豆腐,再順序食牛舌,牛肩,牛肋骨x2,牛腹胸

麻香椰菜記得撈下先,個底有塩水ga
不錯~很爽很鮮甜

原先諗得食細一半既辣油豆腐,不過有人嫌細,點知.....黎到勁大舊law~最後都食唔晒...

腹胸肉因為要左味噌所以味道最濃,肉質冇牛肋骨咁軟
重點係牛角飯,燒好既牛肉放係飯上面包埋d紫菜食一齊食,勁滿足^^飯配合牛肉既汁同油好好味,仲好大碗,唔怕淨食得多肉會濟又食得少肉又唔夠飽,原本諗住試下香蔥溫泉蛋飯,不過因為唔知碗飯幾大碗,驚蛋汁多過得滯會好難食,所以冇叫~~下次一定會試下^^
送肉一流!!!

最後碗飯我都食唔晒~因為我要留肚食甜品銅鑼燒!!!!店員叫我地每邊燒10秒其實唔夠,我燒左成20秒(當然要睇個爐d火勁唔勁啦~)先食,真係好好味
外面脆卜卜,裡面d雪糕唔太甜,i like it^^
放上去燒一陣,外面熱同脆裡面既抺茶組豆雪糕凍同滑~~good!!!!

總括黎講~~~~其實真係唔差ga~同埋冇想像中等咁耐,我地5:30去排都冇咩人得6,7個到係5:45先開始多之ma~所以大家如果唔想等得咁痛苦可以簡平日5點3,4個字就ok!!!過6點先去既2-4人預定8點至8點半,5-8人既起碼9點啦~~~因為燒烤唔同一般食飯,d人係慢慢燒既,而且牛角個環境真係好啱人慢慢食慢慢傾計~~所以你問職員要等幾耐真係答到你至奇
我好同意樓下講,等得耐唔耐自己可以簡,唔等得唔好等,唔好怪人地帶位,2個人黎食既大把,佢地冇咁多2人位,唔通比後面d人先??咁排隊有咩意義??前排d 2個2個嘈到拆天都似!!!!


至於好唔好食真係好講技巧,我開頭燒左幾舊都因為燒得太耐所以唔好食,其實d肉燒20-30秒已經ok!!其實都有張紙教人點燒,不過得牛舌,牛肋骨同牛肩~我覺得唔夠...因為比較難既王樣腹胸肉同和牛都冇教,所以d人唔識燒得好食先令人誤會唔好食,至於我地基於都唔係燒肉能手,所以都唔點呢2樣
而且人地燒肉主打,所以根本唔會期望佢d什麼泡飯拉麵會好好食...仲要唔平tim,咁我寧願叫份肉好過啦~~

不過份量以男仔黎講的確少,建議加碗牛角飯咁就一定夠飽,我就食到一半已經食唔晒碗飯啦@@如果幾個男仔食反而食盛八好d,因為牛角d野真係幾細份~果日我男朋友仲未食妟,好彩我平時都細食,如果唔係隻食肉獸一定唔夠,總共食左4百蚊到,因為佢太肚餓先比平時食多左,如果唔係3百零蚊已經ok,下次都會再去!!!!!

燒爐既抽氣好好,一d油煙都冇飛上黎
