前菜係芝士鯛魚酒盜,估唔到一黎就可以食到咁多工序、咁考師傅手勢既前菜😝中間紅色既係以鯛魚嘅腸胃以清酒、鹽及魷魚嘅肝膽醃製再發酵,食落有好香既酒味👍🏼配上芝士同餅乾中和咸味,發覺佢哋將份鹹香味控制的極好,而且食唔到腥味,易於入口,回味無窮🤤唯一如果可以以其他食材代替普通梳打餅乾,則更顯用心😫

當日既三點刺身分別係:吞拿魚赤身、油甘魚同象拔蚌🥳睇個色澤已經知道係非常新鮮,食落最驚喜既係吞拿魚,一啲筋都無,係三樣入面小編最鍾意嘅刺身😍象拔蚌夠哂爽口,而油甘魚則魚香鮮甜,三款刺身都唔錯😌

《 #和牛肉三款》⭐⭐⭐⭐💥
成個套餐嘅主角就係呢份有三種唔同部位嘅和牛,當日既供應分別係牛外橫膈膜、肩胛肉同牛肋肉,每舊都色澤粉紅,油脂分布平均🤩而小編食既次序係以佢哋嘅油脂比例黎排序😣首先食左脂肪比較少既牛外橫膈膜先,肉質較為紮實,肉味香濃🥸而肩胛肉一向都係非常受歡迎既部位,因為油脂比例適中,既食得出和牛嘅油香,亦有些許嚼勁😛最後就食埋最多油花既牛肋肉,一路燒啲火一路噴,牛味濃到就算唔加調味都非常出色😉

《 #海鮮拼盤》⭐⭐⭐⭐
作為配角,海鮮拼盤既份量的確係過過口癮🥲但係食材絕對唔兒戲🥳當日就提供咗白鱔、虎蝦同翡翠螺各一件😵‍💫白鱔好厚肉,燒完好彈牙爽口,果然係時令海鮮😈再黎一件虎蝦成隻手掌咁長,一啲都唔削👹而燒翡翠螺就有啲難掌握,睇唔到佢熟未,穩陣起見就燒耐啲,味道都唔錯😍
