係黃埔已經試過泓一嘅雞白湯拉麵,真係好唔錯,今次有機會再試佢地太子分店,睇下質素連唔連貫。太子分店係全港首間加多水麵專門店,而且好多時嘅食飯時間都係要排隊,如果要食,可能要預早d時間呀!
🌟地雞醬油拉麵 $108🌟
湯底係好濃嘅醬油湯底味道,非常入味,先係醬油嘅味道作首衝,之後就由魚乾嘅鮮味及甜味再度滲透味蕾。因為用多加水熟成麵,所以麵嘅質感特別有彈性,容易掛汁。豚肉有用火槍燒過,似煙燻豚肉。
🌟豚x雞白湯拉麵 $108🌟
湯底係濃厚嘅雞湯味,鹹鹹地亦有雞味出返嚟。質感唔會覺得油膩,非常滑口,個人好推薦呢款拉麵,真係必試!
