今日收工同同事去銅鑼灣搵地方晚餐,臨時臨急上OpenRice睇吓,結果見到依間Mokumoku Yakiton好多好評,就決定上去試下一入門口見到金黃色嘅燈光,好像傳統日本居酒屋的感覺,還見到有優惠,逢星期四女士第一杯酒免費,好像酒吧的lady’s night😂一黎點個MokuMoku沙律,職員介紹的,呢個係佢哋嘅招牌沙律,必食!沙律上鋪滿晒Parma Ham,配上酸酸地既秘製醬汁,溝埋蔬菜一齊食,每一啖都非常清新非常開胃燒鱈魚乾,每一片薄得來卻燒得非常脆口,配上沙律醬一齊食,送酒一流!月見免治豚肉串類似豚肉嘅香腸打埋隻蛋一齊食,味道出奇地夾,而且豚肉消得外脆內軟,啖啖肉口感十足刺身盛黎得居酒屋又點可以唔食刺身,五款刺身色澤光潤非常新鮮,海膽配上青瓜簡直一流另外一提,店員強調依度係全港第一間做豬肉內臟嘅,又點可以唔叫兩串黎試吓,分別叫左串豬肝同一串豬腰,食落有啲似豬潤嘅味道,但就有另一種味覺既享受,要試!最後叫咗一條是日海魚,今次嘅主角係甘鮋,店員用清脆既刀功係吧枱到將條魚切開,然後放入爐到燒烤,確實係一種視覺享受。魚配上青檸同醬汁一齊食,唔會腥之餘,外皮烤得香脆,肉質就鮮嫩,食落仲啖

最後叫咗一條是日海魚,今次嘅主角係甘鮋,店員用清脆既刀功係吧枱到將條魚切開,然後放入爐到燒烤,確實係一種視覺享受。魚配上青檸同醬汁一齊食,唔會腥之餘,外皮烤得香脆,肉質就鮮嫩,食落仲啖啖肉,重點係全程都食唔到魚骨,推介!
