大角咀嘅老掌櫃係扁皮鴨關注中長期人氣餐廳,今晚終於來食到,滿心期待,係香港少見的東北菜館。餐廳長期爆滿,人頭湧湧,難得今晚等咗10幾分鐘就有位。點都要試吓佢招牌🦆北京填鴨(半隻),$168上碟時已經排到勁靚😍估唔到份量勁多。最緊要外皮香脆,油脂位唔多,配上青瓜、京蔥、醬料,連埋個薄餅皮一齊食,口感豐富。不過就要趁熱好快脆食,因為由於冇個爐保溫,塊皮好快會凍,凍咗會影響口感。仲叫咗酥炸排骨擔擔麵,擔擔麵充滿花生香,帶有微辣,排骨另上,夠香脆。不過佢個面嘅份量真係好大碗件,見台台都食唔晒🤣所以大家一定要留肚。仲有個鹹蛋豆角都好正,送飯會好惹味,如果再多啲鹹蛋香會更入味。🫘懷舊甜品高力豆沙即叫即製,熱辣辣,外層灑上砂糖,蛋白皮好香,口感綿滑。
