To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人一向是翠園擁躉,今天滿心歡喜到將軍澳新都城翠園飲茶,點之原來中伏,入去無人帶位,自己尋枱號,坐低至11:15想落單,見隔離枱有位服務員收點心紙幫隔離枱落單,我便舉高張點心紙示意叫她收埋我張點心紙,她望住我,之後就走左,心諗:無野呀!算!找另一個攞住成疊單的樓面幫我收張點心紙,等下等,見隔離枱已於11:30已開始有點心及炒面送到,我等到11:43收到張電腦單(點菜單),原來我張單從收單起計算,超過20分鐘才入機,都算!叫左酥皮濃湯拼春卷,個湯只是微暖,黎碟蒸牛肉,送菜亞姐無攞喼汁,叫佢轉個頭攞黎,哦左一聲,唔見左人。落面唔夠人,明白嘅,但叫人幫手加水好似繁到佢地咁,所以大部分茶客都自己去加水,埋單都係無人理,又係自己行去收銀枱俾錢,真係不知所謂,無第二次!
