板神鐵板燒料理 今次揀係銅鑼灣開其新分店,亦有意打造為旗艦店,開正係 三星嘅阿一鮑魚隔離,排場自然唔可以失威, 入去分成各個區域,夠哂排場😲.今次試左佢新開嘅端爐燒,主打Yakitori燒鳥串燒,另外有日本料理都可以叫. 刺身]($200)先叫上一碟刺身,新鮮肥美,油脂分布平均,但就價錢略嫌偏貴🤔.($48)作為yakitori 必點之物,每間師傅都有佢獨特嘅配方,而今次依間師傅就突破地以香茅串住雞肉,透過備長炭高溫將其香味滲入雞肉,上碟時師傅會另加上青檸汁,令呢道日本燒物添上東南亞的風味👍🏻雞胸軟骨($45)、雞腿根肉(Chicken Osyter)($48)、雞肝($45)、雞心($45)四款燒鳥串燒必點項目, 當中以Chicken Oyster最為出色,火喉控制最好,雞胸軟骨做到肉連骨豐富口感, 而雞肝同雞心就正常發揮, 雖然如果同專做yakitori 嘅比當然唔及, 但質素嚟講都相當滿意👍🏻.最後師傅仲私下送左碟綠茶蕨餅🍵俾我地作為甜品🥰服務加分👍🏻.整體嚟講雖然今次冇食到板神最招牌嘅鐵板燒廚師發辦,但能夠可以係咁豪華裝潢舒適環境下享受今次料理都係一個相當唔錯嘅體驗👍🏻
