越來越多內地品牌進駐香港 今日喺將軍澳做完嘢就陪朋友去一間四川過江龍麻辣盆菜餐廳食飯 本來以為係普通盆菜 點知食完之後令我大有一番覺悟😮冇諗過呢款咁特別嘅菜式都可以喺香港食得到!食盆菜之前首先飲咗個圍爐煮茶老闆話會根據一年四季嚟配合唔同嘅食材我哋食咗南瓜栗子紅棗花生全部經過烤熱之後味道更佳尤其紅棗同南瓜 入口更潤更津甜滑牛盆菜終於出場 用料包羅萬有咩都有 分別有滑牛肉、蝦滑、豬皮、午餐肉、豬肝、鵪鶉蛋、巴沙魚、香菜豬肉丸、蟹柳、脆皮腸、藤椒舌尖、肥腸、筍片、鴨血、冬瓜、青筍、藕片、豆腐、豆乾、朝天椒、花椒 發現裏面仲有一條條長長的筍 入口十分爽脆 另外牛心頂比較少見外表白色 好似牛柏葉 口感更彈 不過食食吓個胃開始辣到有啲頂唔順原來食得辣嘅朋友最多只能夠叫中辣 食唔到辣就唔好叫辣啦!我叫咗少少辣都叫救命🫢🫢🫢最後飲咗一杯沙棘原汁 原來佢可以護胃 飲完之後個胃即刻唔痛喎😯細問之下原來呢度嘅廚師 每日都會用新鮮嘅桔仔嚟榨成沙棘汁 確保原汁原味飲多幾杯 有益又健康!😍

發現裏面仲有一條條長長的筍
入口十分爽脆 另外牛心頂比較少見
外表白色 好似牛柏葉 口感更彈
