位於旺角的阿久根和牛立燒店,是全港唯一一間立燒和牛餐廳。和牛主要來自九州鹿兒島地區,有分為不同等級,以A4及A5為主,最便宜的和只需$12/片,值得試試呢。和牛胸腹肉套餐$78一整個套餐只需$78,有齊和牛胸腹四片,沙律,前菜,白飯,味噌湯,價錢真的便宜呢。不過由於價格相宜,牛肉偏薄,不夠喉的我,另點不少牛肉阿,相片中的份量約需$400。其實牛胸腹都有分上中下前後等,五個不同部份,當中以中胸腹油脂最平勻,前後部份是半肥家瘦,上下部分會較油膩哦。和牛的肉質非常軟嫩,色澤鮮紅亮麗,並沒有一片令人不滿意。片片肉腍鮮美,牛香十足,油份溢出甘香當中我最愛肉眼A4/片和西冷A4/片,肉味濃郁,微微咀嚼便能輕易吞下,超美味哦
