To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人去食晚飯,叫咗好多嘢食,6個大人,四女兩男,食咗$2700,其實都真係好多。但食完全晚大家都係想罵佢,講真,$450/人,我去食日本餐會滿足啲。我哋有叫小菜有打邊爐。首先講服務,係好勤力,但啲嘢做錯哂我哋坐近廚菜出菜位,佢一張圓枱無轉盤,上親菜都喺同一個位明明佢哋有車仔,叫佢哋將啲邊爐嘢放車仔,個阿姐就淨係識得張啲嘢放上菜位,真係諗住我哋碟碟傳黎食?食西餐呀?我哋係咁自己推入去中間,推到唔夠位,叫佢放車仔,叫一次先放一次,第二碟再上又放返同一個位,根本張枱就唔夠位。叫咗個菠蘿咕嚕肉,食咗一半叫佢轉細碟,叫咗三次都係應完就算。到叫到佢轉,佢又留埋個菠蘿殼喺隻碟到,佢真係覺得張枱咁大,有咁需要留個菠蘿殼比我哋送飯?打邊爐叫佢加水又係,叫幾次都係應完就算,啲味精湯好貴咩?我哋全晚都係加一次啫。我哋打邊爐有生嘢,有隻匙羹放咗喺碟生豬肉到,個侍應唔知做乜走過嚟執嘢,張放喺生肉嘅匙羹放喺我哋碟蒸魚到,之後我哋無人再食嗰碟魚,仲有大半碟剩。都唔知佢咩事,生熟分開佢係咪唔識呀?個匙羹放喺生豬肉到好明顯唔係唔小心放錯啦,就算係,你都唔係放落啲熟嘢到呀?之後講嘢食。叫咗碟蒸斑同蒸鱔,先講斑,唔新鮮,

個匙羹放喺生豬肉到好明顯唔係唔小心放錯啦,就算係,你都唔係放落啲熟嘢到呀?
之後講嘢食。
叫咗碟蒸斑同蒸鱔,先講斑,唔新鮮,無乜魚味,魚肉唔彈牙,魚肉、蒜頭、豉油,三個味完全分開,個碟底勁重油⋯唔知咩事。
蒸鱔個豉汁ok,唔腥,正常合格。但個鱔啲肉唔係彈牙嗰隻,係散嗰隻😢
咕嚕肉雖然係好脆,但係佢個皮都好厚,仲吸哂啲油,一陣油味。我基本上都咬走咗啲皮,食咗舊肉就算。
蟲草花蒸雞,個獻汁包實哂啲雞,食落口漿實哂,又係一舊放棄。
蝦乾勝瓜啲蝦有沙嘅,食咗少少就唔想食佢啲蝦乾⋯
火焰砵酒蒸蠔仲戇居,唔知咩事個蠔要炸咗再蒸,蒸出嚟一pat粉漿黐住啲蠔肉,完全搞唔掂。仲要無味,得少少酒味,無咸甜,唔知佢想我哋食啲乜😰
個事頭婆出嚟點火,仲要差啲燒着佢個茶壺😮‍💨
玩唔慣就唔好玩呢啲嘢啦,我哋坐喺隔離覺得好恐怖😮‍💨
佢點火之前完全冇諗住拎開側邊啲嘢,我哋都忍唔住出手幫佢搬開咗啲菜,估唔到佢燒着自己個茶壺。
雞手鴨腳咁,火又點極唔着,總之就嚇親人。
叫咗胡椒豬肚湯,個湯完全冇胡椒豬肚味,普通味精湯⋯
食咗一件豬肚,又係冇豬肚味,不過都估到,啲材料有味,個湯就唔會咁嘅味啦。
手切肥牛真係好肥,一大舊肥膏嗰隻,肉得三分一左右。
豬肉就正常啲,但兩碟肉都係細碟。
陳皮牛丸唔知咩事,啲牛肉蘇到喊,我咬完即刻放返低,之後無人敢食。
墨丸唔彈牙,唔知佢係咩墨丸⋯
其他蔬菜類嘅生嘢係正常嘅,呢啲都好難錯嘅。
總結,$2700幾食啲咁嘅嘢,我就真係唔會返轉頭,今次當比人呃,絕對無下次。
