To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近又多咗同朋友聚會嘅時間,而好多時首選嘅地區都係尖沙咀,最近就發現喺海港城新開左呢間海鮮餐廳,據了解係由新加坡總廚張偉忠師傅主理既🧑🏻‍🍳環境優雅舒適,可以飽覽醉人嘅美景😍,同時又適合三五知己聚會前菜係醉酒「法式鵝肝」、「黃金炸魚皮」⚜️,前者質感粉嫩,後者香脆而滿有鹹蛋🥚嘅香氣,令人吃到欲罷不能~ 主菜前來暖胃的湯品🍲— 「薑汁米酒貴妃蚌」,湯頭偏creamy,挺有暖胃之效🌤️🥰必點係「48小時熟成煙燻片皮鴨」🦆,鴨肉香氣滿溢,皮香肉嫰,當中嘅青醬更加有畫龍點睛之效~ 既然係海鮮餐廳🐟🦐🐙🦞,當然要試試海鮮菜式, 點既係「瓦罉薑葱蘿蔔糕焗蟹」,效果都令人唔失望對於我嚟講,「滑蛋生蝦香煎兩麵黃」既麵🍜,反而係重點,麵餅盡收精華~食過蔬菜「九年百合珍菌炒蘆筍」後,作結嘅係香茅蘆薈果凍,勝在唔會過分甜膩,確係非常refresh🌱
