近日疫情稍為放緩,又多了食肆行「C,D區」,市道感覺上改善了,好多餐廳都full booking,尤其是日式食肆更誇張,動輒要等半年,上次就同朋友私局,見返好多好耐無見既飯腳,傾到天南地北都意猶未盡,一於再約過。今次同朋友來個午間小敍,畢竟疫情期間,一年都見不過兩次。其實East Hotel真係好就腳方便,由太古站一出,十幾步就到酒店門口,而且近日裝修後重開,座位多了,空間感強烈,裝潢帶時代氣息,廚房改動成開放式,人手足,就算是午飯時間爆滿,出餐依然游刃有餘。而太古城始終是龍頭住宅,附近又多寫字樓,所以客人大多數是白領,Feast午餐提供Semi-buffet,成人$388/位,由12點至1430。先講下主菜,共有四款,當中已包含印度咖喱雞、炸吉列海鮮、牛同鴨,不過就會經常改動,而入座時已放低專屬「QR Code」,落單無須搵侍應,減少漏單的風險。主菜各自點了牛肉及鴨肉。「烤醃紅酒西冷牛扒」當然是即叫即製,可能要遷就上班一族,上菜速度快,賣相絕不含糊,置底是薯蓉,伴以油封新薯、焦糖乾蔥以及澆上紅酒汁,西冷烤至五成熟,雖然沒有血絲,但肉質嫣紅,有嚼口,蘸點紅酒汁更惹味,有水準。而朋友的「

而朋友的「煙燻鴨腿肉釀蜆殼粉」伴以烤蕃茄汁,蜆殼粉用上碩大體形,放上充滿煙燻的鴨腿肉,足足有三件,食落都好飽肚,若果嫌太膩,大可蘸點蕃茄汁平衡一下。

另外兩款是炸海鮮吉列及印度咖喱雞。

食完主菜,當然要睇下任食菜色。

先係海鮮類,簡單有熟蝦、藍貝及翡翠螺 ,講真翡翠螺真係好大隻,藍貝肉質好嫩,食得過,但可能午間多白領儷人,最受歡迎反而係沙律。

值得一提係沙律櫃非常衛生及現代化。

好多餐廳都會用膠蓋把食物蓋住,但好多時食客拎起放埋一邊便置之不理,但Feast增設了自動裝置,有人靠近時便會自動打開沙律櫃,人一走開,幾秒後便自動關上,以免食物長時間暴露於空氣中。

整個沙律櫃有田園沙律、凱撒沙律、烤紅菜頭甘滑沙律、吞拿魚尼哥斯、泰式八爪魚沙律、越式雞絲沙律、酸辣鳳爪、鹵水牛展、泰式生蝦、蒜蓉拍青瓜、醃蓮藕、五香黑木耳、涼拌茄子及冷烏冬 ,亦有煙燻巴馬火腿、風乾牛肉、意大利火腿以及煙三文魚,以午餐而言是相當豐富,而且每款都是小碟上,就更覺衛生。

至於甜品,就有綠茶慕絲、焦糖慕斯、焦糖燉蛋、白桃啫喱、檸檬蛋白撻、芒果布甸、朱古力撻、藍莓芝士蛋糕以及Tiramisu。

個人一定首選 Tiramisu,做得好濕潤及鬆軟;白桃Jelly就好香甜,再加焦糖燉蛋,真係好滿足。
