To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我確信全世界唔會有任何一個地方既炒蛋係好味得過大快活~! 大快活既炒蛋奶味重,成品唔會過熟,依然係生生地,最重要係唔會太碎,炒蛋係一層一層咁形成,有層次,鮮嫩又有蛋汁。火腿通其實應該切絲...因為女仔邊有咁大個口去食一塊火腿...用口咬又唔方便,呢方便應該檢討!
