前幾天,中學同學們出來相聚一吓。同學們提議吃火鍋,所以回到學校附近新開業的爺爺雞煲皇火鍋,因為可以一邊吃一邊詳談詳談。這間新開業的火鍋店,佔地估計大約三千餘尺,環境裝潢光鮮整潔,牆壁上貼滿火鍋鍋底的簡介。湯底方面,我們當然點都選了主打的爺爺招牌雞煲,是小辣的。雞煲給端上的時候,香辣味搶鼻而來,雞件嫩滑可口,越吃越想吃。吃過雞煲以後,我們點算了不少的火鍋配料,包括手切肥牛、新鮮肥鵝腸、雞子、炸魚皮、炸響鈴和萵筍。丸類點選了牛筋丸、豬肉丸、手打墨魚丸、手打鯪魚丸和蟹籽墨魚滑。水產類點選了桂花蚌和珊瑚蚌。主打創新的火鍋配料點選了墨釀油炸鬼和手打鮮蝦滑釀冬菇。大男孩聚舊,青島啤酒當然不可少。這間火鍋店雖然位於土瓜灣舊區的內街,不算容易尋找和到達,但是門口可以泊車,可讚的是環境和火鍋配料非常清潔衛生,實在值得推介。
