To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日入左長洲行沙灘同搵野食，之前bookmark左呢間主打all day breakfast同漢堡嘅餐廳，專程入到去梗係要試下。落左船行去5分鐘左右都到，去到個門面都好大，佢有室內同室外嘅座位，野食就要落單俾左錢先再會有侍應送嚟。我哋要左個魚仔竹炭漢堡配薯條，全日早餐同雞翼小食。個小食上先，有兩隻雞全翼，都好有蒜香味，炸得好脆。個漢堡都好大份好足料，舊肉好多肉汁，薯條好脆好厚身。而個全日早餐都勁大份，尤其係個牛角包，大個得嚟都好脆，其他配料好似蛋，菇，煙肉都好入味，配埋啲菜會感覺健康啲。另外個漢堡餐加左8蚊要罐雪碧，飲完好爽好滿足。
