我由細都大都住在大圍,大圍以前有間好出名酒樓 ”楓林小館” 佢好多招牌菜如紅燒乳鴿、香酥鴨、蝦子抽皮等等,但好可惜係幾年前老闆退休就關閉左,好彩而家又再在港島及荃灣重開,我今日就去荃灣廣場 “楓林小館”食返我兒時味道。紅燒乳鴿呢個係招牌菜一定要來食下,外皮炸得好香脆加上滷水得好入味,真係食極唔停。清蒸沙巴龍躉呢個SIZE大約1斤到,肉質好滑,再加上果豉油汁整得好香,搞到我食到唔停口。魚香茄子煲好有咸香味同埋果茄子好香好好送飯。椒鹽海蝦呢個脆到可以食埋果殼,果蝦肉好爽同新鮮,真係好鬼正。芋頭炆油鴨煲呢個係好少餐廳會做菜,似係啲懷舊菜式,煮得真係好出色。
