To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有4大件羊扒，煎得幾香，羊扒唔算好羶，怕羶味嘅朋友都食到👍 落單時叫咗七成熟，雖然上枱時接近八成熟，但肉質軟腍，又唔會好似其他餐廳咁多肥肉，啖啖肉!😍 仲可以自選醬汁和配菜，我揀咗配Rosemary汁，係分開上俾你，客人可以自行決定加幾多，食落香草味好出，幾夾~😎 

而配菜我揀咗薯條，新鮮即炸，香脆熱辣辣😙，份量好多，大約有一大包快餐店薯條嘅份量!😮👍 旁邊仲有啲沙律菜，中和一下，無咁熱氣~😛

有2大件魚扒，接近3/4個前臂咁長!😛 食一件都開始飽，好適合開心share~👯 魚扒煎到外面微脆，肉質嫩滑! 😍 仲可以自選醬汁和配菜，揀咗配檸檬牛油汁，質地比較creamy，幾香牛油味又帶點清新嘅感覺~ 配魚食都幾夾!😎

而配菜揀咗沙律菜，份量好多，接近一份單點沙律嘅份量，仲有啲黑醋俾大家撈埋一齊食，酸酸甜甜，幾開胃!😋
