多數日本餐廳都係1200-1500,再做晚市既。所以無諗過只可以訂1330 既時間!🤔午市分兩場?🤨🧐咁我咪無得慢慢嘆囉。1325到!講真,如果有位,d 食客都應該食得好趕,去到既時候食客食緊甜品。餐廳知道我地有訂咗就已經幫我哋安排座位,結果就係我哋同另外四個客人都係叫晚市嘅廚師發板,中間有兩位客人叫普通午餐,變相廚師好難分身一齊去介紹嘢食。先來一個蒸蛋,同埋另外呢個粉(無咩特別,或者係我食唔出有咩特別)漬物又係我要添加嘅嘢食。差唔多每個餐都有呢個嘅刺身拼盤,或者就係呢個拼盤令到廚師可以慳返啲時間做兩枱嘅生意。刺身有白子,黑𩶘,大拖羅同埋鮑魚。白子入口即溶、黑𩶘比較淡味,鮑魚鮮甜,大拖羅好似有少少根(有渣既感覺)螺,最鍾意食貝類食品㗎啦,呢個好鮮甜,食得好細,我反而想去有大大嚿嘅感覺。蝦,都係由於另外四個客人都係叫廚師發板,全程啲蝦嘅準備都係響嗰四個客人面前都處理。放響我哋枱面嗰度就係咁樣啦,冇嘢配搭,不過轉頭就燒咗個蝦頭拎返俾我哋食。金鯛魚鱗鱗燒呢個好特別,白魚帶少少鮮味,佢專登將啲魚鱗燒左,脆脆地好好味,個酸薑太酸金目鯛(左上)燒秋刀魚(右上)中拖羅(左下)大拖羅(右下)金目鯛唔識

金目鯛唔識食,秋刀魚近排似乎真係最時令,今次食少嘅,油脂分布得多好好味。

中拖羅冇乜特別,大拖羅就真係有根。算係我唔好彩啦,我朋友嗰舊冇嘢。師傅話點解今次仲有大拖羅壽司,係因為近排啲海膽唔靚(我不知幾想食海膽)所以佢冇入貨。

最尾一個丼飯,有蟹肉有甜蝦同埋魚子。見到師傅攞一啲蟹膏撈咗好耐,原來就係撈落啲蟹肉嗰度。我覺得師傅可以再重手啲落多啲蟹膏,或者佢想我哋食到個鮮甜味,但我反而好鍾意食蟹膏嗰浸濃濃嘅味。

似乎又係我唔好彩啦,啲蟹肉入邊有軟殼。仲要有兩塊咁多。

價錢唔算太貴,都係果句啦,係我唔好彩囉!大拖羅有根同埋蟹肉有軟殼。


如果響安排座位嗰度可以改進少少,俾返多少少廚師嘅互動,感覺會好好多。
