Happy Friday 梗係要食餐好。同朋友嚟到尖沙咀新開嘅餐廳餐廳裝修以木色為主,悠閒嘅感覺。餐牌好特別,成張A4 poster。頭盤點咗懷舊電影院烤魷魚,除咗燒汁外,仲可以點Wasabi食。另一個係滷水涼拌花枝橘子芝士沙律。入面有啲 blue cheese ,麵包粒好脆。老火忌廉湯好特別,係以西式忌廉湯嘅煮法,去煮傳統嘅粉葛蓮蓮藕章魚湯。味道同口感好夾。第一個主菜係櫻花蝦蝦子鮮蝦意大利粉,中式嘅蝦子為意大利粉添上一份香脆。另一個主菜係海王3鬚扒。同店名一樣嘅菜式,好明顯就顯就係招牌菜😙。魷魚筒入面有墨魚膠,配上燒汁。章魚鬚就配上微辣嘅汁。甜品點咗焦糖菠蘿,燒過嘅菠蘿仍然好多汁,裡裡外外都燒透,焦糖畫龍點睛。呢餐好飽好滿足。
