又來到快活的星期五晚上,放工後當然要跟朋友出去輕鬆一下。這次吃點特別的,試試位於中環蘇豪區的地道意大利餐廳。.餐廳門面簡約乾淨,沒有多餘的裝飾擺設,令人有種舒服的感覺。我們兩人一共點了一道前菜、兩道主菜和一道甜品,份量已足夠我們吃到很飽了。我們可以隔住透明玻璃窗,欣賞大廚為我們泡製意大利菜。✨Starter- Gratin Tomino Cheese跟我一樣喜歡吃芝士的朋友們,強烈推薦你們要試試這款頭盤!面層的parma ham包住滿滿的意大利tomino芝士,流心芝士口感柔軟咸香,配上底層焗得香脆的麵包,是一道惹味的前菜。✨Mains- Roast beef topped japanice rice想不到除了正宗意大利菜外,這裡也有意日fusion菜提供。粉紅色的薄切牛肉舖滿飯面,牛肉不滑但牛味也算濃郁,飯面還有一隻金黃色的生雞蛋,令白飯濕潤易入口。白飯沒有用意大利米,反而用了日本珍珠米,粒粒分明有咬口,加埋秘製的蘋果薑醬汁一起吃別有風味呢。✨Mains- Rigatoni Nduja番茄醬汁加入了香草,味道有點像平時我們吃的辣肉腸pizza,帶有陣陣香辣味,長通粉中間沾滿醬汁十分惹

餐廳制作的奶凍入口幼滑即溶,奶香味足,甜度適中不膩口,而旁邊伴碟的是經紅酒浸煮過的香梨,甜甜酸酸的很開胃,擺盤也落足心機。

下次有機會也要親身到意大利旅遊,一嘗當地的正宗意大利菜!
