今次同朋友嚟到香港開業超過十五年嘅元祖級日式高級燒肉店。這裏以日本傳統木色為主調,好有昭和復古feel。卡位設計舒服又私隱度高,同朋友傾偈聚會一流!🐂 我哋揀咗佢哋嘅招牌《宮崎和牛海鮮十三品盛宴》,套餐有和牛他他,燒肉和牛牛舌芯、薄切牛板腱、特上肩肉眼、上牛排肉。呢度選用咗4屆獲「日本一」殊榮嘅特上宮崎和牛… 油花分布均勻,入口即化,超好食!🥩 前菜有韓式海鮮煎餅、沙律,同我最鍾意嘅Beef Tartare … 宮崎和牛他他配法包,和牛他他由切成肉絲的宮崎和牛,加上日本生雞蛋拌成,牛味濃郁又嫩滑。🥩 燒肉有5款,其中宮崎和牛牛板腱,每隻牛只有2公斤(好矜貴),店員為我哋燒至半熟,蘸上日本蛋汁食,牛味香濃滑溜而且入口即化!薄切嘅牛舌芯口感爽彈、包住鹽蔥醬享用特別惹味。🥩 另外3款燒肉有宮崎和牛肩肉眼、宮崎和牛上牛排肉、鹿兒島豚五花肉,油脂豐富又鮮嫩,配埋味噌醬同生菜食,口感更豐富有層次。🦐 海鮮有大海老同原隻帆立貝,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,帆立貝厚肉鮮美。主食有盛岡冷麵或雞肉烏冬。冷麵清爽,而我比較鍾意雞湯味濃嘅雞肉烏冬。最後仲有黑糖珍珠雪糕作甜品。套餐期間限定價$498(正價$698/位,兩位起
