To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【美食偵探社調查報告】講到元朗其中一間老自號, 一定有永年車仔面份。 身為美食偵探又點會錯過呢。 一去到門口, 已經有十幾人係度排隊, 非常熱鬧, 我地一人一個 車仔面(三餸), 一個咖央多士。 不如講下有咩餸我覺得係做得出色架啦, 個豬腸真係好食, 非常新鮮, 而且鹵水夠入味, 鹵水雞翼肉質彈牙又夠哂大隻。 個流心蛋亦都做得很不錯, 蛋黃香濃, 咬落去蛋黃慢慢充滿齒頰, 真係好滿足。 最後不得不讚個湯底,。真係好用心去製作, 味鮮而不太咸, 係令人可以飲哂既湯底。 佢三餸一面都係38蚊,就食到咁高汁既車仔麵, 真係抵到爛呀, 必食!流口水速度:8
