好耐之前我去過一次,當時已經覺得佢幾特別,因為元朗好小有不安於現狀嘅甜品店😂不時轉款比客人驚喜又要好食其實唔易,但我欣賞老闆好有心思,不斷創新。三個人食完個超飽晚餐都專登走過嚟用女士第二個胃食甜品😆今次叫咗個大set,五款指定,三款神秘。老闆一放抵就好明白我哋咁講「比你哋影相先,我一陣先嚟介紹,不過要快喎,怕你哋啲雪糕溶😂」第一個一定食有雪糕嗰個先,蘋果撻加雲呢拿雪糕,面層有炸脆咗嘅落果絲,雪糕內有好多雲呢拿籽,好香渦,蘋果撻暖暖哋,連埋雪糕同脆絲一齊食好夾。玫瑰荔枝燉蛋,面頭有一朵香脆嘅玫瑰花,好別緻又靚,老闆話要忍心摧花將朵玫瑰壓碎再撈落燉蛋食,玫瑰味香,再加淡淡荔枝味,燉蛋超滑,加埋脆脆玫瑰花,口感好豐富。蕃茄芭菲配紫薯慕絲,完全無諗過蕃茄係可以用嚟做甜品,唔甜又清新,面頭個蛋白餅香脆比出面食嘅無咁甜,再加埋淡淡嘅紫薯慕絲,整體感覺令你覺得好Fresh,帶一點田園feel。雜莓芝士忌廉杯,酸酸甜甜,芝士味唔重,但好滑。其實開始滯時食呢個都唔錯,因為唔太甜又唔漏。神秘甜品1,其實唔記得咩名,只知上面裝飾係腐竹炸成,下面有柚子同橙,質感似啫哩,好醒胃,正😍燒焦蕉杯,香蕉芭菲加brow

燒焦蕉杯,香蕉芭菲加brownies, 底層香蕉加咗焦糖,變得略甜,但還可以接受,呢個比之前的濃味,鍾意朱古力嘅朋友實喜歡❤️

神秘甜品2,綠茶慕絲唔知咩(人老了,忘了名字)綠茶味甘,香濃。中間夾住紅豆啫哩,綠茶同紅豆一向係絕配,我喜歡佢不太甜,因為有好多都會做到紅豆太甜搶走綠茶味,這個做得剛好。

最後一個神秘甜品3,完全唔記得咩名,只知有栗子,有慕絲,再加個浸朱古力醬嘅朱古力水泡餅,老闆好細心照顧到小朋友,因為佢話本來呢款甜餅應該用酒浸,但因多小朋友嚟幫襯,就改用朱古力,但老實說,八個當中我最不喜歡這一個,上層慕絲無特別,個餅浸到林pat pat,唔太好食。
