今次叫了紅燒牛肉麵、韮菜肉雲吞麵、鹽酥魷魚鬚,一如過往的好味道。牛肉香軟爽滑,湯底濃厚而不膩,每次老公都喝光。魷魚鬚大大條,炸得香脆可口。不過有時遇著炸得不夠好,會覺得魷魚鬚有些濕,所以要講運氣。韮菜雲吞很好味,餡裏的韮菜和肉的比例恰到好處。我總覺得這裏的麵始終是最大的亮點,爽口到吃極都不厭。所以就算要逼輕鐵才入到元朗,仍樂此不疲!






To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
