To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間車仔麵檔聽朋友推介左好耐今日終於有機會去一試聽朋友講呢間永年士多喺元朗好出名而呢間就係佢喺尖沙咀亦都係元朗以外嘅第一間分店元朗對我哋呢啲住市區嘅人實在太遠啦所以知道佢係尖沙咀開咗分店之後就知道自己一定要搵機會去試一試佢最出名嘅蘿蔔、魷魚同埋豬紅!鋪頭入面座位唔算多如果繁忙時間嚟等位都要等一陣一入到鋪頭先喺收銀同店員落單之後再排隊去攞食物好似快餐店咁試咗佢嘅咖喱汁同魷魚魷魚好彈牙果然係名物我同朋友都係豬紅控另外帶咗碗豬紅share豬紅好好味一啲腥味都冇仲有而家各大冰室士多必備嘅樽仔奶茶點可以唔試一試
