天寒地凍的時候,一定會諗起食火鍋,但今晚突然間想食上海菜,便約了同事放工後去到公司附近太古城中心二期(王家沙花樣年華)餐廳設計優雅舒適,每逢食上海菜必定會叫招牌小籠包,王家沙在上海已是出名的老店,食物質素不用置疑非常有水準。黑松露小籠包,平時多數叫鮮肉小籠包,今次試下黑松露小籠包,金香味道的黑松露配上肉汁爆瀉的小籠包,食到雙層口感。王家沙牛肉餅,外面煎得香脆裏面牛肉汁豐滿。奶油津白~非常鮮嫩,好香奶油味,入口鮮甜。石鍋鮑魚飯,鮑魚爽口彈牙而每粒飯都掛滿鮑魚醬汁,十分惹味。
