To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今個月冇得飛日本,好掛住日本既燒肉,唯有係香港搵間燒肉止下口痕先得,係荔枝角D2呢間過江龍,試下正唔正先!所有午市定食都配,湯、沙律、漬物、白飯,好豐富架!黑毛和牛嚴選定食,上後腰脊肉,和手羽下,和牛肋肉,一次過試晒三款部位,我最喜歡上後腰脊,油脂好香,仲要有入口即溶感,個牛味係喉嚨丁湧番岀來。石鍋和牛拌飯定食,呢個由廚師煮既和牛都好好食,牛肉好軟腍,沒有半點筋,柔軟非常,最驚喜係仲有飯蕉啊!海鮮豆腐泡菜鍋,個湯微微酸辣好好飲,我地個發現左個新食法,可以將石鍋飯既飯蕉用湯拌黎黎,係超好味!飲品就叫左蘋果汁,蝶豆花青檸梳打,蝶豆花好清香,加埋梳打涼快快,用黎消暑啱晒!
