To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前終於同朋友試到,我地夾埋嗌咗5個餸。前菜,我地叫咗三個,有手撕雞,脆煎小籠包同埋燻溏心蛋。個手撕雞真係一定要試吓,佢D配料好多,雞絲份量都足夠,D配料同雞絲加埋個汁一齊食真係好夾,非常好食同埋開胃。另外個脆煎小籠包都好有驚喜,個底係煎過嘅非常之香口,同普通蒸小籠包完全唔冋,同埋肉汁都好濃,非常推介。個燻蛋都唔錯,有淡淡嘅煙燻味,同埋個蛋黃都算溏心,上面亦都有黑松露,味道同口感都非常豐富。 主菜就有茶燻脆皮雞同埋上海粗炒。個雞嘅味道非常特別,雞肉好有茶香味同埋肉質都非常嫩滑,完全唔乾同老,另外茶味都滲哂入雞肉到,十分推介。但係上海粗炒就比較普通,無咩特別,味道好正常,下次應該唔會點。整體嚟講,所有菜式都非常出色,之後一定會再嚟食過,試埋其他特色菜式!🤤🤤
