今日等佢喺大埔打完波話要去打邊爐，搵到呢一間。整體坐得舒服，份量又足，食物質素好！全間都整到金碧輝煌咁，好似幾有儀式感，所以就嚟試吓極度推介呢個花膠雞湯底，佢就算之後加湯嘅湯全部都係雞湯超濃見佢都有好多花膠，係幾足料嘅！一開始嚟到會叫你先飲咗湯，之後先落雞。不過重口味嘅我覺得可以飲到一半之後再加啲雞，咁個湯就會更有味，好好食嗰間本身係全熟狀態，不過都係建議可以再浸多一陣，熱熱地食先好食㗎嘛打邊爐不少得竹蔗茅根仲要係自家製的。如果兩個人食嘅話，叫個細嘅牛肉拼盤就夠晒了拼盤有本地手切吊龍同牛頸脊，澳洲和牛金錢展，美國雪花肥牛，牛肉粒同牛舌可以一次過試晒唔同款式 surprise到嘅竟然係牛肉粒都唔會韌！即炸響鈴好脆手打黑松露墨魚滑，真係幾有黑松露味手打鮮牛丸都好彈牙！打邊爐都不少得一定要叫菜，哩度啲菜都洗得好乾淨又靚
