呢間真係我試過中環數一數二嘅bar!Gishiki喺日文原來係解「儀式」呢個topic嘅bar真係相當有趣特別啲日式cocktail杯杯都咁考功夫我飲嘅「般若」有粒鬼面譜洛神花冰再加入4隻柚子類同Gin一齊沖製清新得嚟仲有焙茶香日式feel浮曬出嚟超易入口絕對啱女士們飲而「十六」用嘅技巧高超掛邊嘅係紅豆醬要經調酒師milk wash過先會咁清分層咁明顯面頭類沙冰texture嘅泡泡好正椰香滿載！點少得送酒小食？加入麵豉嘅花生醬曲奇同酒真係絕配咸度有啲似雞仔餅脆anchoy芝麻味好重啲合桃同樣咁脆非試不可！
