平時對法國菜嘅印象就係貴今次俾我發現左尖沙咀一間樓上法國菜睇完食評都幾正價錢都貼地一於訂位試下先打去訂位之後餐廳就經wtsapp send餐牌嚟訂位揀埋野食先做法就好似私房菜咁去到會再對一對order開左支sparkling water 再上左餐廳自家製嘅麵包好好味西班牙辣肉腸沙律加左柚子蜜醋食落清新黑松露蘑菇湯蘑菇蓉打得好碎加上奶油同黑松露油口感又香又幼滑朋友嘅法式龍蝦湯飲完湯上左個雪葩好愕然以為搞錯左咁快上甜品原來係俾我地清清味蕾再食主菜好貼心呀法國春雞配黑松露汁平時啲春雞係成隻上雞胸點滑都相對上鞋少少呢度用上四隻春雞髀真係每啖咁都滑西班牙黑毛豬架西班牙豬食落比較有彈性完全冇豬腥味最後再食埋甜品焦糖燉蛋好幼滑面層薄薄嘅焦糖好香脆完美嘅一餐
