📍潮州人 🔎中環機利文新街8號地舖-----收工到中環覓食,揀咗呢間樓高兩層嘅潮式餐廳。餐牌係以特色米粉同潮式小食為主,選擇唔少,睇落都幾吸引。🥢金牌花膠湯米粉佢地嘅米粉有大碗同細碗可以揀,但細碗其實都已經好夠分量。米粉細滑,湯底好夠濃郁,花膠炆到啱啱好,滑溜但又唔係嗰種溶晒嘅感覺。🥢慢煮雞肉湯米粉雞肉慢煮過,質感好嫩滑,雞湯微甜唔油膩,加上索汁細米粉,清清地幾唔錯。🥢師傅醉雞翼:雞翼滑嫩入味,唔會太濃酒味,但又感覺到香料同酒嘅層次。🥢蔥油廣島蠔:蠔好肥美,配埋蔥油香氣十足,食完仲有啲鮮甜喺口腔徘徊住。.🥢溏心醉蛋:溏心蛋黃半流心,酒香滲晒入去,鹹甜之中帶啲醉意,不錯。🥢甘香醉鮮蝦:蝦肉鮮味突出,仲有淡淡嘅酒香,而且質感彈牙。🥢香辣魚皮:帶椒麻香氣,質感爽口。🥢酒糟醉雞腎:雞腎爽口冇腥味,好乾淨。🥢古法醉鮮鮑:鮑魚質感彈牙,調味唔會太重,酒香同鮑魚本身嘅鮮味配合得唔錯。
