今晚來到餐廳,見到大廚,原來就是經常在電視台教煮野嘅黃亞保師傅首先叫了一碟例牌燒鵝做前菜,份量也不少,皮脆肉嫩,可是鵝肉唔夠鵝味之後我們點了個6人套餐,包括七餸一湯,生炒糯米飯及這裡最有名的三十年陳皮紅豆沙另有6枝啤酒或汽水,全包免加一$2500有找,個餐8人也夠食,抵菜式味道也滿意,只是蒸頭腩大家也未能接受它的怪怪味道這𥚃的服務也不錯,只是可能要趕住兩小時交枱的關係,上菜速度趕了些
