To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司Christmas dinner, 滿心期待可以一飽口腹,但是真的跌碎了一地眼鏡,是眼花還是幻覺,每道菜的樣都與相片不符,外藉同事怀疑地再三確定有冇上錯菜,而且份量更是驚人的細,忍不住問職員是否正常份量,回答說是正常的份量,問是否大廚換了,因有同事幾年前食過,質素差好遠。職員回應沒有換,問多句之後更粗氣答The same, OK?!有錢不要這樣花,真的。。片皮鴨。。只有皮冇肉,解釋說鴨是生燒,只燒皮,肉是生的,如果片埋肉就血淋淋喎,片皮之後再炒肉,一鴨兩吃,最後D炒肉最後才上,肉丝硬到似冰了很久的凍肉,後悔未有拍照 。。鴨皮一般般,普通燒味店好食好多😤津白及炒京蔥牛肉,更是好似俾人食過咁。。。今次有影相,大家如果食過可以告知是否一樣,拜托。。仲有茄子,酸甜蝦,糖醋排骨,崧子魚。。。真的唔知以為食緊兩餸飯。。真的想知有冇人有相同遭遇。。好評的人是幸運兒還是。。。

有錢不要這樣花,真的。。
片皮鴨。。只有皮冇肉,解釋說鴨是生燒,只燒皮,肉是生的,如果片埋肉就血淋淋喎,片皮之後再炒肉,一鴨兩吃,最後D炒肉最後才上,肉丝硬到似冰了很久的凍肉,後悔未有拍照 。。
