香港燒肉店林立有日系及韓系兩大派別本人喜歡日系燒肉 不像韓式燒肉般那麼大份今天來到荃灣廣場的和牛燒肉一郎試試新餐廳.這裏也是一間放題式燒肉有不同的價位可選擇第一次來只選擇了B餐 $448/位價錢不算便宜 所以有一定的期望和要求這裏的放題時間是120分鐘 最後90分鐘last order.下了單後便可以到自助區拿取飲品、沙律及醬料沙律及醬料的選擇很多 除了基本可看到的罐裝飲品 還有一個酒吧可與職員說 想喝什麼啤酒(當然要另外加錢 才能享受酒精放題).開始燒肉時 職員會先奉上燒肉拼盤讓顧客嘗試每一種肉類覺得好吃的 可再下單擺盤很精緻 燒肉前先用餐廳提供的牛油塗抹燒烤網可讓牛肉不會黏着燒烤網 .最喜歡他的牛里脊肉肉質鮮嫩 燒幾秒鐘便可以吃這裏最特別的地方 是有生牛肉提供生牛肉再混合蛋黃 肉質更加滑.最驚喜的是 這裏的牛舌也分成不同種類有厚身、有薄切、也有預先煮好的厚身的牛舌不會太硬 讓你咬掉牙薄新的牛舌 也令人耳目一新雖然看似很薄 但是每一口也非常彈牙.雖然這裏的價位屬於中上但是亦算性價比高的一間餐廳
