To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久唔久去食素,每次都想試新餐廳,今次來左旺角呢間。喺樓上鋪3 樓,平日都都有七成滿上去之前已經諗定要食呢個明爐冬蔭功素魚滾住係有啲綽頭,但湯底有啲淡,冇想像中咁好食黃金寶盒,開頭唔知係乜,叫黎試下原來係農夫包載住葡汁雜菜和素肉,好多料,乜都有啲,用包沾汁同吃,食完已經飽鎮江骨,擺得都幾靚,份量都好多,但唔似骨,以素肉丸多啲開頭食幾得意,但咁多粒,食食下,有啲寡姐姐強力推介綠豆布甸,叫左一個黎食,綠豆味都好出,幾好食。除了明爐魚外,所有餸都係80蚊左右,以咁嘅份量黎講,唔貴,一班朋友黎,就更加抵食。
