去將軍澳探朋友,順便食埋晚飯,佢話樓下商場開咗間冇耐嘅潮州菜唔錯,所以試吓。坐低睇吓個Menu,果然好新淨,裝修都光猛企理。諗咗一輪最後決定叫個滷水四拼盤,鹹肉炒麵線,春菜蘿蔔鹹肉煲,同埋芒果糯米卷做甜品。最先上嘅滷水拼盤有鵝肉,腎片,紅腸同五花腩。再有滷水豆腐墊底同滷水蛋。滷水味溫和醇香又唔會過鹹。鵝肉嫩滑唔鞋口。腎片同紅腸就正常。但最精彩嘅係個五花腩,除咗炆到入味之餘,肥瘦相間而咬落又唔會一口油,非常甘香,非常好味。春菜蘿蔔鹹肉煲嘅春菜其實即係芥菜,同蘿蔔鹹肉一齊炆,炆完放過夜,令到春菜更加入味。蘿蔔都係當造嘅時節,都好清甜。湯底稍微有啲鹹,但整體就係好傳統嘅潮州菜。鹹肉炒麵線其實係類似豉油王炒麵嘅質地,並唔係阿宗麵線咁幼嘅。但都炒得唔錯,一啲都唔油,有韭菜同芽菜,配埋切咗絲嘅鹹肉,炒得都有鑊氣。甜品叫咗芒果糯米卷,類似長洲出名嘅芒果糯米糍。但佢嘅餡係用咗芒果布甸再加芒果肉,所以甜味比較突出,但就少咗芒果本身小小嘅酸味。而外皮都做得好薄,雪凍食好好食。
