To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現時香港稍為貴少少嘅茶餐廳相信係太興或者翠華都可以代表到不過從價錢上太興似乎性價比高啲啲因為翠華實在拍得住西餐廳嘅價錢而作為本地代表嘅茶餐廳其實唔使太貴都可以今次自己一個人嗌咗一碟乾炒牛河配豉油王醬汁做晚餐。當我以為佢同普通茶餐廳嘅乾炒牛河一樣嘅時候食完之後我發覺其實系錯首先整體嘅賣相都會比普通茶餐廳好少少第一啖先食啲河粉味道稍為甜少少可能因為本身個豉油係甜豉油所以唔會覺得鹹雖然有少少油但係都帶出左好大嘅鑊氣表現唔錯至於啲牛肉普通茶餐廳啲牛肉都係一塊塊稍為口易太興呢間啲牛肉反而係切成牛柳絲所以咬起上嚟唔會太韌而且都好夠入味所以整體上來講性價比都幾好唯一美中不足就係價錢始終都稍為貴一碟要$60

當我以為佢同普通茶餐廳嘅乾炒牛河一樣嘅時候食完之後我發覺其實系錯

首先整體嘅賣相都會比普通茶餐廳好少少


第一啖先食啲河粉味道稍為甜少少可能因為本身個豉油係甜豉油所以唔會覺得鹹
雖然有少少油但係都帶出左好大嘅鑊氣表現唔錯

至於啲牛肉普通茶餐廳啲牛肉都係一塊塊稍為口易太興呢間啲牛肉反而係切成牛柳絲所以咬起上嚟唔會太韌而且都好夠入味

所以整體上來講性價比都幾好唯一美中不足就係價錢始終都稍為貴一碟要$60
