很久沒吃客家菜,今晚決定來這間傳統酒家一試。一入座,服務員就奉上花生小吃。這款前菜相信只淨傳統酒家供應了。我們點了一份四人餐,首先是銀杏豬肚湯,湯底清甜。然後有招牌鹽焗雞皮脆肉嫩,鹽香四溢,配上沙薑汁,非常惹味,難怪是招牌菜。客家菜中梅菜扣肉實在是必點的,肉質軟滑,入口即溶,梅菜的香氣提升了整道菜的層次。時菜斑球新鮮爽口。最後,奉送的紅豆沙甜而不膩,完美作結。
